The name Down & Dirty Lawn Service does not begin to cover all of the things this team is capable of doing. Anything from property maintenance or general contracting and many different types of expertise. I had them clean out an area of bad yard management and my neighbor had them remove her swimming pool. This is just an example of the wide diversity of things they can do for you. Jeff and his father Cowboy are straight forward and very respectful in their approach to their business. I would highly recommend trying them for any of your property management jobs. Even if they can’t do something I need done, I will reach out to Jeff and he will put me in contact with someone who can. That’s how much trust I have in them. Anyone that has a job to do around your house, give these guys a call first. Jeff thanks again to you and your father for a job well done. I bought an 85inch tv and asked Jeff to mount it for me, and he did just that. Took him maybe 30-45 minutes. He's always super respectful and treats me like an adult, a lot of men treat young women like they are stupid and take advantage of them. Jeff by far treats me like im an equal.

Jeff is amazing. He does much more then mow, edge, and blow. He is willing to do anything I ask to help me out. Thanks to him, I have a very productive yard. I have grapefruit, orange, satsuma, fig, loquat, nectarine, two varieties of grapes, and blueberries -- all this in a lot that's only 50 feet wide, and this is in addition to roses and many perennials. I could have never done this without his help!

Jeff and his crew put an above ground pool for us. They did a great job! We are so happy with the finished job. Our ground was pretty uneven and they dug out all the roots and packed the dirt. There are no wrinkles at all in the bottom.

Jeff and his guys came out and did my pool setup today. It is an Intex 24'x52" above ground. It was hot AF today, but they powered through and stayed until the job was finished. They bring out all the equipment and excavate and get it properly leveled and looking great. They are extremely kind and I would absolutely hire them for anything else I need done . Thanks y'all!

Jeff and his team recently completed a full 3/4 acre overhaul/cleanup of a neglected property that I recently purchased. They did an absolutely phenomenal job. I needed someone ASAP due to me relocating within the state - Jeff came to my house 6 hours later during a thunder and lightning storm to give me an estimate, which we have agreed upon. I posted on Facebook looking for a lawn service asap and Jeff messaged me, came out to my house to give a quote and got to work all in the same day which was way more than I expected. Him, Taylor and Cody did an excellent job, exactly what I needed and more! It looks so much better, I am very happy! Edit: I would like to add very honest as well. 40 dollars was under my matt for my previous lawn service, it blew out from under the matt with the leaf blower and Jeff knocked on my door and returned it!

Jeff and his team replaced my above ground pool liner on 03/16/2026, They also installed pool padding, foam siding and coving. Additionally they converted the pool from hoses with clamps to PVC lines and it makes a world of difference in the function of the pump. They did a great job, punctual and very polite and I would say without reservation did a GREAT JOB.

We originally had our semi above-ground pool installed by another company, and it was done incorrectly. It was uneven, unstable, and not safe to use. We had to take everything down. Jeff came in after the fact, and completely redid the installation the right way. He took his time, checked every detail, and made sure everything was level and secure. You can tell he actually cares about the quality of his work. The difference was night and day. I wish we would have went with him first! Highly recommend Jeff if you want it done right the first time.

Jeff installed some landscape lighting at my house. During the installation a irrigation pipe was damaged. Jeff repaired the damage and did an amazing job to ensure I was satisfied.

They had the pool up and water running in it, in two days. He made me feel like me and my family was his best friend. His group of guys treated us with respect, and never talked down to any of us.
